Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all manuals and accessories, and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the supplies back to our processing center.
Receive Your Refund
